The best thing about having kids in Dubai is that you get to shop for them. Me, I love shopping for my two. Even if I go out to shop for myself, I end up spending half my budget on a tee for Azlan or a cute little shoe for Safah. There are just too many Kid’s clothing brands in Dubai. And you just can’t visit every one of them so here is a review of some kid’s clothing brands in Dubai for some clutter-free and less hour-wasting shopping.

Baby Gap

clothing brand in Dubai

Gap is hands-down the best kid clothing store in Dubai in terms of both quality and prints. I personally find their boy section to be more creative than their girl section but that’s just me. They have the softest clothes that do stretch far. The prints are a little different from the rest of the stores and you will find some A-amazing prints here.

The only back draw is the cost. Tees are priced quite high, around 75-80 AED. But hey, Dubai is on sale half the time. Avail a buy one get one free offer.

Al Wahda Mall, Ibn-Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Marina Mall, Deira City Center, Mercato, Midriff City Center, The Dubai Mall, Al-Manar Mall, Dalma Mall, Dubai Festival City.

Babyshop

Babyshop, in terms of clothing, is highly overrated. I think the only reason people buy at Babyshop is because it is everywhere and offers a one-stop solution for your baby shopping. But other than that, I am not a big fan. For starters, they don’t have a wide variety. You basically see the same stuff at the end of the year. The quality isn’t so great either. The clothes start piling after a few washes and for some reason, the clothes always look dirty.

Babyshop in Dubai:

Ibn-Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Zabeel Road Karama, Centerpoint Mall, Oasis Center, Baniyas Road, Abu-Hail Health Center

You can also buy Babyshop online.

Max

kid's clothing brand in Dubai

With Max, I have had some mix experience. Max offers a good range of clothes. You can find a lot of nice t-shirt prints and that too at a good low price. But, you never know with Max. I bought a Batman shirt for Azlan but after a few washes, the print started fading and small bits of paints were transferred to the rest of the tee. But plain tees and button down ones did stretch quite far. So choose wisely when you shop at Max.

Max in Dubai:

Sheikh Zayed Road 5th Interchange, Ibn-Battuta Mall, Oasis Center, City Centre Me’aisem, Trade Center Road, Al-Rigga Road, Al Ittihad Road, Abu Hail Road.

Mothercare

clothing brand in Dubai

Mothercare is one of the most loved brands in Dubai. You can never go without dropping in at Mothercare, specially when there is a sale. You can expect the best quality from Mothercare. I think with their quality, the prices are not very high. And then there is always the occasional sale where you can manage to bag some great finds. Personally, I think the best time to shop at Mothercare is during their sales.

Mothercare in Dubai:

Al Wahda Mall, Ibn-Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Marina Mall, Deira City Center, Mercato, Midriff City Center, The Dubai Mall, Al-Manar Mall, Dalma Mall, Dubai Festival City.

Brands for Less

Here you will find almost every brand’s clothing at knock-off rates. My husband isn’t a big fan but with kids, you really need fresh clothes very other month. Brands for less is quite like a branded flea market but the penny-pincher in me, loves the place. There are just too many clothes and too many options. You can get some great finds here.

Brands for Less in Dubai:

E-11 Sheikh Zayed Road, Ibn-Battuta Mall, Ghazal Mall, Oud Metha Road, Algeria Street, Oasis Center, Falcon Gallery Building Bur Dubai.

H&M

clothing brand in Dubai

H&M is the family favorite. I love the quality of their clothes, the prints never fade and they have the best quality. In terms of value, H&M is the best store for me. They use organic cotton which is very soft and is best for children. The prints are also quite nice. Also, if your kids is into DC Comics and stuff like that, you will find some great movie and comic tees.

H&M also does some good sales but I would advise a little caution here. Their sale clothes are often not in mint condition so check before you buy. But you can get some really good pieces, sometimes even for 10 AED.

H&M in Dubai:

Marina Mall, Ibn-Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Midriff City Center, Mercato, Midriff City Center, The Dubai Mall, Arabian Center.

Carter’s

clothing brand in Dubai

If you ask me, I think Cater’s is quite overrated. They do have the cutest and softest baby prints but their stock is often quite limited. Most of their clothes seem copies of each other and after a while, they start looking monotonous. My experience with Carter’s has not been quite good. Their clothes start piling after a few washes. Also, the colors are too light and with kids like mine, the clothes look dirty within 30 minutes of wear.

Carter’s in Dubai:

Ibn-Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, The Dubai Mall, 4th Interchange Sheikh Zayed Road, Al-Eithad Road, Crescent Dr, Al Khawaneej Road

Red Tag

Though I have not been to Red Tag but I have heard some good reviews about the place. I have heard they have some amazing prints for girls at great value. Red Tag is my next stop. Have you been there, let me know if it is worth going to.

Red Tag in Dubai:

Al Wahda Mall, Ibn-Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Marina Mall, Deira City Center, Mercato, Midriff City Center, The Dubai Mall, Al-Manar Mall, Dalma Mall, Dubai Festival City.
